Who Are You:

You’re  a highly motivated, proactive, and versatile Social Media & Content Creation Manager ready to join the Forward team. As the (SCM), your primary responsibilities will include creating, managing, scheduling, and producing high-quality marketing content for our diverse clientele of brands.

 

Ideal candidates understand the importance of knowing the latest trends and practices for all social media platforms, experience in caption writing, and understand how to both build brand visibility and convert digital audiences. This role necessitates a strong graphic design skill set in Canva and or Adobe.

The candidate must be knowledgeable and fluent with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This role has a one-month trial period with the possibility of a full-time position (3-month contract). Compensation would be based on trial period performance, social reach, and past experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design images, infographics, GIFs, and other impactful visual content that generates awareness, creates excitement, and drives traffic; experiment with new visuals without compromising brand or quality; help ensure continuity across all social channels. ]

  • Create and maintain a content rollout calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term branding; assist in the planning and execution of the content calendar, ensure all creative is up-to-date and approved, and links and captions are correct.

  • Post on every major relevant social media platform accounts (Facebook, IG, Tik Tok & LinkedIn).

  • Actively monitor and engage with online community, maintaining brand voice and expertise; answer consumer questions on behalf of the brand

  • Help coordinate photo and video shoots; source video and photographs for social needs; continuously evaluate changing social trends.

  • Work with a team to develop, deploy, and refine social media campaigns that shape customer experiences across our social media platforms to keep them connected and engaged.

  • Catalog high quality user-generated content to share on our branded social media and marketing channels.

  • Communicate & coordinate materials for influencers.

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends for social media, design tools, and applications.

  • Provide occasional support for meetings and organizational events as needed.

  • Work on special projects, initiatives, promotions, and other programs as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Forward mindset

  • Dedicate 30 hours a month

  • Must be able to work as a team, communicate clearly, organize & manage time remotely, work hard and be flexible, and take constructive criticism.

  • Strong understanding of photography, video and editing to create our own Content.

  • Proficient in Canva, Google Suite. Entry knowledge in Hootsuite.

  • Proficient with in-app social media video editing techniques and tools (TikTok, IG Stories, Reels)

  • 3-5 or more years of experience managing social media accounts professionally required.

  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO-Results-driven

  • To be able to connect with followers and reply to content in an effective way and in the company's point of view.

  • Very high attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management

and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills

  • Signing legal business documents

Who You Are:

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for owning, creating, and executing innovative and cost-effective brand marketing strategies and plans for all brands under Forward PR, LLC. The individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end PR/Branding campaign development. This candidate will help create and execute the integrated, brand/visibility plans. This role requires a skilled team player in building strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring consistent alignment and flawless execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in briefings, creative brainstorms, and strategy development with internal team

  • Take ownership of some consumer-facing digital brand campaigns and partnerships inclusive of concept, execution, and measurement

  • Track and report on key brand metrics monthly

  • Lead certain creative initiatives to bring them to life from vision to launch

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams on initiatives

  • Support social media channels (eg: developing a content calendar, posting, and occasional responding)

  • Make calls, emails, travel (If needed)

  • Content strategy, brand equities, and message writing

  • Creative market research and development and ideation

  • Media and creative campaign support and consultation

  • Work as part of our visibility team to ensure continuity of brand story across channels (PR, Social Media, Brand, Customer Service)

  • Leverage consumer insights to design and implement content strategies including brand and product positioning, brand messaging, hierarchy, and communications

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to drive a better understanding of our audiences and their perception of our client’s brand

  • Conduct category marketing communication analysis to inform our strategic messaging approach

  • Draw observations from outside categories to inspire innovative approaches to marketing

Requirements:

  • Forward mindset

  • Dedicate 40 hours a month

  • 3-5 years in brand marketing, digital advertising, or similar relevant field for a leading consumer brand in either agency or client environment

  • Experience overseeing brand-focused digital campaigns and taking them from ideation through to execution, measurement, and reporting

  • Have the marketing knowledge and creative judgment to create branded content that engages a mass audience.

  • Well-versed in using social media as a marketing tool

  • Creative development and production experience a plus

  • Passion for marketing and brand building

  • Highly organized with known attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize assignments to meet multiple deadlines with shifting priorities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • A self-starter who can take direction and run with it

  • Proficient in Zoom, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Suite

  • Signing legal business documents
